How do I book an appointment? 

Please call our Chiropractic assistants on 9981 4333 so we can discuss the best time for you.

Do you send appointment reminders ?

Yes, if you approve we send a reminder text the day prior to your appointment.

Please note replies to the text will not be received. Please call on 9981 4333 to alter your appointment. 

What if I need to reschedule my appointment ? 

We completely understand how plans change. Should you need to reschedule your appointment please call us as soon as possible on 9981 4333 to find a new time that suits you. Please note, where possible, we do require 24 hours notice for all changes to appointments. Changes made after this time may incur a fee. 

Do you accept private health insurance? 

Yes, we accept private health insurance. We will need either the physical or digital card at the time of your appointment to process your private health rebate.  We are now able to accept the digital card if it is set up in your digital wallet or in the app. If you happen to forget your card or can’t access it digitally you can pay for the appointment and we will print or email you a receipt to claim at a later time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your health and will always respect and value your appointment time. Your appointment is reserved just for you so we can be present with you. We kindly ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice (where possible) if you cannot attend your appointment. A late cancellation fee may apply.

What if I am running late for my appointment ?

If you think you will be running late for your allocated appointment time, please phone reception on 99814333 to discuss options.

Will you crack my neck ? 

We use low force gentle techniques that are safe, gentle and effective. 

All our chiropractors are extensively trained in assessing and then providing safe manual adjustments to the spine should it be required.

How many visits will I need ?

This is completely individual. Our chiropractors perform a thorough assessments that are tailored to each patient. Our treatment plans are also developed in collaboration with you to ensure all needs and expectations are met. During your report session your chiropractor will walk you through the best course of treatment based on your individual case. It is important to note that there are many factors that can contribute to and alter your recovery and results, and these can be discussed with your practitioner.
